Mark Brewerton
Mark is the Managing Director of Total Marketing Solutions. Prior to founding the business in 2004, Mark held a number of senior marketing roles in both large multi-national organisations such as Kingfisher and Inchcape PLC as well as working for SMEs such as SFI and Hemsley Fraser. He has worked in marketing across a number of different industry sectors ranging from retailing to business services both in the UK and internationally. Mark has an MBA in Marketing from Bradford University; he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing as well as being a member of the Institute of Business Advisors and a SFEDI Accredited Business Advisor.

Ann Holman
Ann is involved in several businesses and recently joined up with Total Marketing Solutions to be able to offer a complete marketing service. In previous roles Ann has worked as a Consultant with SME’s for over 12 years supporting them in implementing marketing solutions that have been practical yet challenging in both the private and public sector. Ann’s experience rolls across a diverse range of sectors including leisure, tourism, food, IT, design and consultancy services. Ann is renowned for her energetic and inspirational approach, she has built a reputation for not only designing solutions that have a significant impact but also for having a profound understanding of the issues that small businesses face on a day to day basis. Full of ideas, Ann is keen to help SME’s look at marketing differently and has worked with some fascinating clients on exciting projects in the past few years. Neil Armitage
In November 2007, Neil Armitage became the latest marketing professional to join the TMS team. Neil has many years of strategic marketing experience working client side at Director level in the financial and insurance sectors. Neil has also successfully ran his own strategic marketing consultancy business before opting to join forces with Total Marketing Solutions. Neil is a Chartered Marketer and he has recently completed an MBA at Exeter University where he now also works as a occasional lecturer on the continuous professional development programmes for senior management.
Neil has a strong business services background which compliments the areas of expertise within the existing team.
Brian O'Donnell
Brian has recently joined Total Marketing Solutions as a Consultant. He brings with him significant expertise in customer acquisition through all direct marketing channels, with particular focus on online marketing.
Brian has joined us from Suttons Consumer Products, where he was involved in marketing brands including Suttons Seeds. His strong client-side experience and hands-on approach to generating tangible results is proving a real asset to customers.
Educated in Ireland, Brian has an MBA from London Guildhall University. He is also a member of the Institute of Direct Marketing.
Sandra Lawes
Sandra has recently joined forces with Total Marketing Solutions as a Consultant. She is a professional and highly experienced marketer with a background in blue chip companies and agencies including Thomas Cook, Smith & Nephew and Saatchi & Saatchi. Since the 1980's, she has specialised in the health and care sectors where she held director-level roles in McCarthy & Stone, General Healthcare Group and BUPA.
Since becoming a freelance consultant in 2000, Sandra has undertaken marketing and strategic development assignments for a range of clients within the NHS and independent sector. Read more.
Sandra has an MBA from Henley Management College and holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing's Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. She is also a Chartered Marketer.
Dave Wilson
Dave is a creative marketer with a particular interest in digital marketing. Before recently joining TMS, Dave founded and developed a full-service design agency with global blue-chip clients, including Unilever, Yell.com and Siemens.
During this time he developed his skills as a digital marketing specialist, with extensive experience internet technologies and the development of online strategies, including web 2.0-based strategies.
Dave is passionate about delivery, quality and creativity whilst being results-driven. He combines sound marketing expertise with a degree in design, which means he offers a rare combination of creative and strategic skills.
Melanie Haigh
Melanie joined Total Marketing Solutions in 2006 after a career break to bring up her young family. Melanie has extensive sales and marketing experience gained in a number of different roles both in the UK and internationally. Melanie has particular experience of the travel and tourism market sectors and of developing European sales and marketing channels through international distributor and agency agreements. Melanie has a degree in modern languages and marketing from Aston University; she has a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and she is fluent in both French and German.
Melanie leads on managing Total Marketing Solutions’ research projects and manages contractual, financial and administrative matters. Read More
